Internet Connection

For all the downloads we highly recommend that you only use a broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or T-Lan, or a satellite). These large files are not suitable for slow telephone/fax modems.

Download Format

1. Our Downloadable Movies come in VideoCD MPEG1 (.mpg) Format in one file. This format can be played by most media players, e.g. WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER or REAL PLAYER. This format gives you an opportunity to burn it as a VideoCD and play it in your desktop DVD player. (Please, check your player's manual for more info). You can download PAL or NTSC VideoCD files as well.
2. Windows Media Video offers reasonable video quality in a smaller download size. You need Windows Media Player to play these files. If you don't have one, you may download Windows Media Player for free from the Microsoft website.

Windows Media Player is included in Windows XP package, or it can be downloaded for freee from the Microsoft website. Real Player is available at Real.com

HOW TO PURCHASE MOVIES FOR DOWLOAD

1. Click on Movies.
2. Select the movie of your choice – play the trailer by clicking on trailer, by clicking on the preview image, a photo gallery will open.
3. Select the desired video format, and click on it.

   WARNING: Choose only ONE format you want to download (mpeg1-PAL or mpeg 1-NTSC for a Video Player, or HQ format–wmv for PC). The listed price applies to ONE download in ONE format only. If you want to download the movie in another format, you have to pay for another download.

4. Click BUY NOW. (down)
5. On the page Confirm Order, fill in all fields (email, full name, address, country) and click on CONFIRM ORDER (down).
6. GP webpay – payment page

   Here you’ll find:
   - number of your order
   - price (Czech Crown equivalent of the sum you paid in Euro or USD based on the current exchange rate)

   Fill in:
   - Credit Card Number, Expiration Date
   - CVC2/CVV2 (the last 3 digits on the back of your card)

   Click on Make Payment.

7. In the last window - Login to Member Area, a Login ID and Password will appear. You will be asked to chose your Login ID and Password.

Important:

1. Please, save all the relevant personal information (usercode, password..).
2. You must download your purchased movie withing 5 days of the purchase.
3. Download of larger files takes some time. Please, wait patiently till the whole movie has been safely downloaded.

5. In order to prevent password trafficking, you can only download a film once and from one constant IP address. Both the clients with constant and dynamic IP addresses should download using the IP address identical with that they used at the time of the payment, and should download the movies immediately after they paid. That way you prevent possible problems with the next log-in, especially if you are not sure whether your IP address is constant or dynamic. Should you have any problems using your dynamic address, please contact us.

Which file should I download (mpeg1-PAL, mpeg1-NTSC, or HQ-wmv)?

1. If you want to play the movie on your computer only, download HQ-video-wmv format only.
2. If you want to play the movie on your DVD Player and watch it on a big TV screen, download mpeg1 (PAL or NTSC version depending on which of the two systems is used in your country; PAL is used in Europe, Australia, and Africa, NTSC is used in the USA, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.

   To find out which system is available in your country, please check the list below. This list is not complete. In order to find out which particular TV system your TV set/DVD player supports, please consult the TV/DVD player's manual.

   NTSC countries are:

   How to burn a VideoCD using Nero

   Get Nero 7.0 or get the demo here.

   1. Launch Nero. Close the Wizard.
   2. Select File->New, then Select VideoCD and click New.
   3. Locate your .mpg and drag it.
   4. Disable Menu option (otherwise it may not work properly).
   5. Select File->Write CD.
   6. Play your VideoCD on your desktop DVD Player
